Out of the seven days I spent at Mammoth, three of them had snow actively coming out of the sky. [!!]
I’ve seen it snow before, but that was always in short bursts, and I’ve never had the pleasure of waking up in the morning to find everything coated in a thick layer of pure white goodness. I even got to have a White Christmas for the first time! [Even though I didn’t celebrate this year.]
After the whiteout that occurred during our first day of skiing, my friend and I decided to take Day Three off and just explore the freshly coated winter wonderland right outside of our condo. Just taking a leisurely stroll through the snow was a great chance for me to take some photos, so I’ll shut up now and let the pictures do the talking.
